Starbucks Evolution Fresh: health on the run

I'm a big fan of cold-pressed juices. So much so that Justin and I always make sure to find a way to have our green juice game strong every single day.

My love for juicing started over a year and a half ago when I did a 2-week "pre-wedding" detox plan thanks to my friend and her local/organic/cold-pressed juice company.  Since then, we purchased a juicer and spent endless amounts of money (and time) on organic produce and supplements.

But let's be honest here... I don't always have time (nor the will!) to wake up extra early in the morning, wash and cut everything, juice my fruits and veggies and clean the machine. I mean, I much prefer sleeping an extra 30 minutes! And unfortunately, I also don't always have the time to stop by my friend's shop when I'm rushing in the morning...

Which is why I was super excited when I heard that Starbucks Canada recently introduced a new line of tasty cold-pressed juices called Evolution Fresh.  Along with my usual Grande Soy Flat White, I can now also grab a healthy juice on my way to work!  How convenient!

Evolution Fresh offers 4 HPP (high pressure processing) juices:

Sweet Greens & Lemon: Celery apple, cucumber, spinach, romaine, kale, lime, lemon and parsley.

Super Greens: Orange, mango, apple, pineapple, cucumber, spinach, romaine, kale, spirulina, chlorella & dulse. (my personal favorite!)

Sweet Berry: Apple, mango, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry.

Orange: Oranges.

Evolution Fresh juices, $4.98 to $5.95. (Sweet Greens & Lemon no pictured)
